Our women-owned Berthoud vet clinic is equipped with four consultation rooms, a digital radiology room, in-house ultrasound, advanced blood work capabilities, two dental suites, and a state-of-the-art operating room, ensuring we can provide comprehensive care for your pets.

Dr. Nick Ruocco
Veterinarian, Owner
Dr. Nick Ruocco III is a Cornell veterinary school graduate,
He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and urgent care. When not at the clinic, Dr. Ruocco and his wife, Dr. Lauren Luedke, can be found out and about enjoying the Colorado Outdoors with their young son.

Dr. Trish Miller
Veterinarian
Dr. Miller grew up in eastern Nebraska and graduated from The Ohio State University school of veterinary medicine. She has been practicing in Colorado since 1995 .
Dr. Miller's special interests include senior care and dentals. She is excited to be back to the town of Berthoud!

Veterinarian, Owner
Originally from Paris, Dr. Fauron is a graduate of the Royal Veterinary College (London, UK).
She enjoys every aspect of general practice and urgent care medicine, with a special interest in wound management and the diagnosis of orthopedic diseases.

Originally raised in Bend, Oregon, a mountain town in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Techler always aspired to become a veterinarian.
She is committed to crafting personalized and innovative treatment plans for each patient, while fostering a stress-free environment.

Jade
Practice Manager & RVT
Jade is a Fort Collins native who has always had a passion for all animals, large and small. Just as much as she loves working with animals, she also enjoys interacting with clients on a personal level.
Jade is not only an experienced veterinary technician, but also the office manager for both the Fort Collins and Berthoud clinics.
In her free time she loves to travel with her husband and two boys. She also loves yoga, running and spending time with her rescue pup, Roxy.

Alison
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Alison is a Colorado native that has lived on the front range her entire life. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a Chemistry Minor in 2020 and then decided that her passions resided in veterinary medicine. She jumped right into the Veterinary Technology program at Front Range Community College in 2021 and graduated in December of 2022. She became licensed in April of 2023 to earn her title as a registered veterinary technician. She’s always had a love of animals and that only grew with adopting 4 of her own. She currently has 2 kitties (Loki and Smokey) and 3 dogs (Apple, Boeing and Maslow) at home that keep her busy. Alison also enjoys camping, paddle boarding, going to concerts, reading and road trips.

Receptionist
Kristin is a native of Loveland who has always had an immense love for animals. She has been in veterinary medicine for 6 years and strives to advocate for our furry family members who cannot speak for themselves, ensuring they receive the best possible care. She takes great joy in providing pet owners with proper education and information, helping them understand diagnostic testing, veterinary terminology, and treatment options—an aspect just as important as the care itself. Being in this role is incredibly rewarding, allowing her to fully express her compassion for both animals and their owners. Every pet leaves a lasting impression, creating cherished memories that she will hold onto forever.
